Swimsuit shopping can somewhat be a pain but that stops here! You want to be cute on the beach just in case you see some cute guys, Right? I know! You want the swimsuit to be the right color for your skin tone, fit your body type, and just overall cute. So, I will give you a few tips to find the perfect fit 😉
Choose the right color for your complexion. You want to highlight the features that you have and distract others. I discovered that, in order to hide your undesired features, wear solid colors and to highlight, wear something bright! Also, if you can, have an honest friend with you that can help you decide what looks nice on you.
Measure your body shape. Just like the perfect outfit, you wear what fits your body type. So, take note of the shape of your body. All sizes are beautiful and we are all diverse so it’s great for us all to have many options to choose from. For example, halter tops, strapless, pushup bras, one-piece, etc. It would be best to measure your hips, waist, and bust to get an idea for what is best for swimsuit sizing.

Choosing the swimsuit that match the occasion. This is important because different swimsuits are made for many occasions. If you’re just relaxing by the pool/beach then you can pretty much where whatever swimsuit you want BUT if you’re going to be a little more adventurous, then you may not want to wear something like a strapless top. If you’re going surfing or jumping off a cliff in Jamaica into the waters, you don’t want to be exposed once you swim back up… well unless that’s what you’re going for lol.
At the end of the day, we are all beautiful in our own way! Flaunt what you have and don’t let anybody hold you back. What are your favorite types of swimsuits to wear? What colors do you believe are best for your skin tone when soaking in the sun? Comment below!
